A collection of recollections as told to Peter Mack by Bessie, Jim Robinson, Duke Wellington, Billie Lefroy and Nick Farinaccio.
Bessie is an Aboriginal woman. She remembers the Yinniegooda who once roamed and fished the Ningaloo Reef. Jim Robinson spent much of his working life as a manager of Cardabia Station, which surrounds Coral Bay. Duke Wellington fished professionally along the Ningaloo Coasts in the 1960s. Billie Lefroy spent the majority of her life on Ningaloo Station with her husband, Edgar. Nick Farinaccio spent many years catching crayfish along the Ningaloo coast.
