Books that are faulty, unsafe or do not match their description will be refunded or exchanged if accompanied by proof of purchase.
We are also happy to provide a refund where the book/s are returned 60 days from purchase if in unused original condition with proof of purchase.
Refund on Secondhand Books
Yes, we will offer a refund for your purchase of any secondhand book as long as it is in the same condition that is indicated in the photos and description in our bookstore. Book/s must be returned 60 days from purchase.
If the request for a refund is made after we have paid for shipping but before the book has left the premises, we will offer a partial refund. The refund will be the price of the book minus the cost we incurred to ship it.
eBooks
Once a Customer accesses or downloads any digital content purchased, they no longer have the right to cancel their purchase.
Our ebooks are in the international standard EPUB format that works on all PCs, Macs, Tablets, and devices with an EPUB format reader. These are readily available. EPUB are typically not readable in a Kindle reader. It is not our responsibility to ensure you are technically proficient in downloading digital content. We will provide general instructions on our website for downloading and are happy to speak to you and guide you as much as possible over the phone.
Digital Content may not be copied, shared or otherwise distributed without permission from the publisher. Use must be within all applicable laws, including copyright.
Cooling Off Period
If you change your mind and no longer wish to purchase a book/s, we offer a 24-hour cooling off period in which you may cancel your order.
