Family history of Alexander McLellan and Margaret Hogan, who met in 1927 in Melbourne.

Each chapter is dedicated to a different ancestor and features numerous interesting photographs and illustrations.

Section 1 focuses on the McLellan side, starting with Alec McLellan’s ancestors who arrived in Australia from Scotland between 1848 and 1863, settling in the Warrnambool and Koroit areas of southwestern Victoria.

Section 2 is about the ancestors of Margaret Hogan in Australia and where they came from in the British Isles and Ireland, arriving between 1849 and 1863. They worked on the goldfields before diversifying into farming in northern Victoria.
