Book Description

Secondhand. Very good condition. Minor wear to book corners and edges. Small chip to tail spine now protected with book tape. Interior and binding are still excellent.

This book is compiled from the handwritten notes of William George Manners (1863-1924) from his travels through mining centres including Ballarat, Broken Hill, Kanowna and Kalgoorlie.

Manners arrived in Kanowna in 1895 to work as an engineer at the Golden Crown Mine. Within three years he had established his own business which continues today.
