The history of the Shire of Boddington in the Peel Region, Western Australia. This book briefly discusses Aboriginal settlement of the area before European exploration. The first European settlers came to the district in the 1860s.
The Mooradung (later Marradong) Road District was established in May 1892. The Board relocated to Boddington in 1925, after the arrival of the railway. In 1961, the Marradong Road District became the Shire of Boddington.
The Shire has many localities, including Marradong, Crossman, Hotham, Camballing, Lower Williams and Quindanning.
