This publication records the descendants of Stephen Parker and his wife Susanna (nee Wyburn) who arrived in the Swan River Colony aboard the SS Hooghly on 13th February 1830 with their four sons and two daughters. All six children married in the colony and five of them produced large families. Barbara Sewell has traced over 3500 direct decendants.
Staring with very little Stephen and Susanna Parker build up a valuable farming property in York named Northbourne. Their son Stephen Stanley Parker and his wife Elizabeth Sewell, built Bridge House in York.
