Book Description

Secondhand. Very good condition. Minor wear to book corners and edges. Previous owner has signed inside page, now covered with blank ex libris bookplate sticker. Inscribed by author.

Eric Swann was a highly skilled bushman and pastoralist in the outback areas of Australia. In 1962, he moved to Western Australia with his young family to commence the development of a huge sheep station, Kanandah.

Kanandah Station is located on the western edge of the Nullarbor Plain, halfway between Kalgoorlie and the Western Australian border.

This is not to be confused with Before the West by Eric Swann and edited by Jenny Kroonstuiver, which discusses Eric's life before Kanandah.

Eric passed away in 2015.
