Autobiography of Desley Halley Palmer (1910-2012).
His grandfather came to the Western Australian goldfields in the 1890s, fossicking for gold around Kalgoorlie, Laverton and Leonora. His grandfather also worked at Lennonville, and when the mine closed, he helped families move to Mt Magnet.
Much of the book is focused on the family's life in Mt Magnet and its surroundings; however, in the 1940s, the book turns to Keysbrook and Ongerup, where Delsy and his wife took up farming.
