Book Description

Secondhand. Very good condition. Minor wear to book corners and edges. Previous owner has redacted signature on half-title page, title page and contents page.

This book is the autobiography of Florence Corrigan. Born in the Pilbara Region of Western Australia in 1932, Florence's childhood was nomadic, living in bush camps while her parents eked out a living as itinerant workers. Florence did not go to school, and it was only in her retirement did she learn to read and write.

This is her remarkable story.

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander readers please note that this book may contain images of people who have passed away.
