This dramatic autobiography traces the events leading up to 11 November 1975, when Sir John Kerr exercised controversial reserve Crown powers to dismiss Prime Minister Gough Whitlam and his Ministry and commissioned the leader of the Opposition, Malcolm Fraser, to form a caretaker Government.
