Rosalie Tanner (nee Jones) (1941-2004) was the daughter of Walter and Tabitha Jones, who had arrived in Guildford in 1830.
Rosalie wrote a column in The Red Gum, a local Dandaragan newspaper. This book is an anthology of her columns from 1997 to 2003, along with a small selection of her poetry. Her column, written anonymously, looked at the trials and tribulations of country life. (Introduction)
