Book Description
Secondhand. Near fine condition.
Arthur and Emma met at Horwich Fall Birch Methodist Church, Lancashire, England, before WWI and married in July 1918.
After the war, jobs were scarce, and Arthur took a job as a coal miner. Wanting a better life, they migrated to Western Australia in 1922. After some initial jobs in the Whaetbelt, the couple successfully applied for group settlement. They settled in Ruabon near Tutunup in Group Settlement No. 32.
This is a nicely produced family history.
