Memory of Green is an intimate and fascinating recreation of the adult years of Connie Millier's remarkable life. It is the final volume in Connie Miller's three-part autobiography.
Beginning in 1932, Connie Miller tells of her early teaching experience in country and city schools during the Depression. She moved to Melbourne to work for the Australian Naval Intelligence during WWII. Connie describes her time in the 1940s in Kalgoorlie, married and raising young children. Connie moved to Perth, where she remained for the rest of the 1940s and 50s, in between travelling, writing and broadcasting with the ABC.
