Memoir of Vic Dougall, born in 1921, spent his early childhood at Tincurrin, east of Narrogin. By the time he was 12, his father had lost the farm and he was sent to stay with relatives in South Australia. After ten years working in the shipyard at Whyalla, Vic returned to Western Australia to successfully take up farming in Wagin.
