This book is a short history of the Western Australian Technical Extension Services. It began as the Newcastle Street Primary School 1895-1926, then the Junior Technical School 1928-1958 and then the Technical Extension Service 1959-1979.
The Technical Extension Service was the only institute within the TAFE sector that serviced remote students.
