Brian Buzzard was born near Moora in 1915. In 1939, he enlisted in the RAAF. He trained at Laverton and Point Cook, qualifying as a wireless air gunner. Buzzard saw action in the South Pacific as part of a Catalina flying boat crew in 20 Squadron. Sir Ernest Lee-Steere introduces his autobiography.
