A short biography of Thomas More Price 1891-1962, published by Hamersley Iron. The town Tom Price, Pilbara region, gazetted in 1964 was named after Price.

Thomas More Price was a raw materials expert working for the American Kaiser Steel. Price had flown over the Hamersley Range in 1962 and noted significant iron ore deposits. He became one of the main supporters of opening up the Pilbara to iron ore mining.
